摘　　要：海洋石油102 FPSO单点YOKE系统严重受损,YOKE鼻锥直径2 m的大横管被挤压变形,与单点管汇甲板发生碰撞,管汇平台上的管道/海缆受损严重,需进行FPSO应急解脱和YOKE拆除的施工。文章从水上软刚臂单点组成、YOKE损坏情况、FPSO限位与浮吊就位、软管解脱、FPSO解脱拖航、YOKE拆除等方面介绍了这次应急抢险的作业过程。The YOKE SPM system for Haiyangshiyou 102 FPSO is damaged severely,its D 2 m horizontal pipe at YOKE nose cone is distorted due to compressing and it collides with the deck of the SPM manifold causing severe tubes/cables damage.Therefore the work of FPSO emergency disconnection and YOKE dismantlement is demanded.In this paper,the operation process dealing with the emergency is described with respect to soft YOKE SPM components and YOKE damaged state,FPSO motion control and crane barge positioning,jumper hose/cable disconnection,FPSO disconnection and towing,YOKE dismantlement,and so on.
