摘　　要：目的观察参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,治疗组采用参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗,对照组采用单独参芪固本汤治疗。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组免疫指标改善优于对照组。结论参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效较好。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqiguben Decoction combined with Fanggan Sachet on children with recurrent respiratory infection.Methods： Children with recurrent respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Shenqiguben Decoction combined with Fanggan Sachet,while the control group were only treated Shenqiguben Decoction.Results： The effective rate in treatment group was higher obviously than that in the control group.Conclusion： Shenqiguben Decoction combined with Fanggan Sachet has definite therapeutic effect on children with recurrent respiratory infection.
