犀角地黄汤对瘀热证脑梗死血液流变学及C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察犀角地黄汤对瘀热证脑梗死患者的血液流变学、C反应蛋白等指标的改善程度。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。两周后观察评价各组患者的血液流变学、C反应蛋白的变化情况。结果犀角地黄汤治疗组在血液流变、C反应蛋白等方面较对照组有明显改善。结论犀角地黄汤在急性脑梗死的治疗中对瘀热证相关指标有明显改善作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Xijiaodihuang Decoction on improvment of hemorheology and CRP in cerebral infarction patients with Yure syndrome.Methods： 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the Xijiaodihuang Decoction group and the control group.After 2 weeks,the hemorheology index and the CRP level were detected and compared between 2 groups.Results： Some indices improvments in the Xijiaodihuang Decoction group were bettern than those in the control group such as the hemorheology and the CRP.Conclusion： It is effective of Xijiaodihuang Decoction on indicators in Yure syndrome of cerebral infarction.
