益气补脾凉血活血方治疗紫癜型肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气补脾凉血活血中药汤剂治疗紫癜型肾炎的临床疗效。方法将92例紫癜肾炎患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组40例,治疗组以益气补脾凉血活血中药汤剂加口服氯雷他定加静点复方甘草酸苷,对照组给予安慰剂加口服氯雷他定加静点复方甘草酸苷,两组均在治疗1周后评价临床疗效,治疗2周后分析尿常规及尿蛋白定量。结果治疗组的临床治愈率为84.62%,总有效率为98.08%,优于对照组的75.00%和90.00%,差异有统计学意义。治疗组降低血尿和蛋白尿时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论益气补脾凉血活血方在治疗紫癜型肾炎疗效显著,尚未出现不良反应。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yiqibupiliangxuehuoxue Decoction on purpura nephritis.Methods： 92 cases of purura nephritis patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group.Besiding that the loratadine and the compound glycyrrhizin were used in 2 groups,the treatment group was treated with the Yiqibupiliangxuehuoxue Decoction and the control group was received the placebo.The clinical effects in 2 groups were observed after 1 week and the urine routine and the urine protine were detected after 2 weeks.Results： The clinical curative rate and total efficiency were 84.62% and 98.08% in the treatment group respectively.The related parameters were 75.00% and 90.00% in control group.Obviously,the clinical curative effect in treatment group was better than that in the control group.The treatment group costed less time to reduce hematuria and proteinuria.Conclusion： It is effective of Yiqibupiliangxuehuoxue Decoction on purpura nephritis.There was no adverse reaction in this therapy.
