四线天竺鲷肠道内天竺鲷八睾吸虫种群动态研究

摘　　要：对四线天竺鲷（Ａｐｏｇｏｎ　ｑｕａｄｒｉｆａｓｃｉａｔｕｓ）肠道内的天竺鲷八睾吸虫（Ｏｃｔｏｔｅｓｉｓ　ａｐｏｇｏｎｉ Ｌｕ，１９９５）进行研究．随着宿主体长的生长，其感染强度和丰盛度有逐渐增加的趋势．而在宿 主体长为３０～７０范围内，其感染率和平均拥挤度也有所增加；１０～１２月，吸虫在宿主体 内的感染率，感染强度和丰盛度亦有逐渐增加的趋势，其余各月份的感染率，感染强度和丰 盛度均呈不规则的波动；从吸虫种群在宿主体内的频率分布中，表明多数宿主不感染或只感 染少量的吸虫，少数宿主感吸虫数量较大；吸虫种群在不同体长组和不同月份的分布格局 类型均为聚集分布。This paper reports the population dynamics of Octotestis apogoni Lu, 1995, parasitic in the intestine of Apogon quadrifasciatus (Lin.) along the coast of Yuedong from January to December 1992. The results indicated that the relative mean intensity and the abundance of infection were positively correlated with the body length of the host. The longer the body length, the higher the relative mean intensity and the abundance were, and vice versa, and so were the prevanlance and mean crowding among 30 - 70 mm body length of host. The prevanlance, relative intensity and abundance of infection were irregular changes in different seasons in a year. The frequency distribution of the digenea population showed that the most hosts were not infected or infected with less parasites, and a large number of digenea parasited in a small number of hosts. The population distribution of digenea parasitic in the host of different group of body length and in different seasons all showed aggregated distribution.
