摘　　要：目的:探讨创面负压吸引治疗联合游离植皮修复足背皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2011年9月～2012年6月收治足背外伤后皮肤软组织缺损患者12例的临床特点和应用创面负压吸引治疗联合游离植皮修复足背皮肤软组织缺损的治疗方法;记录患者出院后1个月到1年内,患足外形、功能,移植皮肤颜色、质地、耐磨性、有无破溃及疤痕化,以及患者对愈后患足外形、颜色、功能满意度;回顾性问卷调查其对治疗方案、手术创伤及后遗症接受程度。少数不能来医院复诊患者,采取电话随访。结果:本组11例应用创面负压吸引治疗联合游离植皮修复足背皮肤软组织缺损获得良好的临床疗效;同时在出院后1个月到1年的随访中,患者对上述调查项目表示满意和接受。1例失用。结论:创面负压吸引治疗联合游离植皮是比较理想的修复足背部皮肤软组织缺损的方式之一。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of combined wound vacuum sealing drainage with free skin grafting for repair of soft tissue defects in dorsum of foot. Methods ： The clinical features together with the therapeutic approaches were retrospectively analyzed in 12 patient with soft tissue defects in dorsalis pedis skin undergone treatment with combined wound suction drainage with free skin grafting between Sept. 2011 and Jun. 2012. M1 patients were followed up from one month after discharge to one year for examination of the foot appearance and function, changes of the skin color, texture and wear-resistance of grafts, presence of ulceration through the skin or scar on it as well as the patients＇ satisfaction with the outcomes. Retrospective questionnaire was applied to each patient for survey of the acceptance of the treatment profile, surgical trauma and sequelae through either telephone or doctor＇s office visiting. Results：Therapeutic results were good in 11 patients treated with combined wound vacuum sealing drainage with free skin grafting except for one ease failure. A follow-up of one month to one year suggested that the total patients were satisfied with the treatment profile with better acceptability. Conclusion： Combined wound suction drainage with free skin grafting is a relatively ideal way to repair domalis pedis skin and soft tissue defects.
