酯交换法制备生物柴油条件的研究

摘　　要：对一种山茶油利用酯交换法制备生物柴油的工艺条件进行研究,考察反应条件如醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对反应产率和产品性质的影响,并确定最佳反应条件:醇油摩尔比为8∶1,催化剂用量为1%,反应时间为30min,反应温度为40℃。To study the process conditions of bio - diesel prepared by ester exchange method from a camellia oil, study of reaction conditions, such as alcohol oil molar ratio, catalyst amount, reaction time, reaction tempera- ture on the reaction yield and product properties and to determine the best response to conditions： alcohol - oil molar ratio was 8 ： 1, amount of catalyst was 1%, the reaction time was 30min, the reaction temperature was 40 ~C.
