摘　　要：结合乳胶基质的成分组成及国内外近年来乳胶基质发生的相关事故,分析判断传统乳胶基质在制备过程中存在的危险性,并提出相应的见解;分析现场混装乳胶基质在制备和使用中的优势,指出现场混装乳化炸药技术推广应用的必要性。Based on the ingredients of latex emulsion matrix and the related accidents at home and abroad in recent years, we will analyze and judge the risks exist in the preparation of the traditional emulsion matrix, put forward the corresponding opinions, analyze the advantages of site mixed emulsion matrix in preparation and application, and point out the necessity of the popularization of site mixed emulsion explosive technology.
