摘　　要：研究分析了新城疫病毒中国标准强毒 F4 8E8株核衣壳蛋白基因的序列 .该基因的编码区长 1 4 67个碱基对 ,编码 4 89个氨基酸 .F4 8E8株与弱毒株 D2 6株相比 ,核衣壳蛋白的氨基酸同源性为 94 .1 % .The nucleotide sequence of the gene encoding the nucleocapsid protein (NP) of the Chinese virulent strain F 48 E 8 of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) was determined. The open reading frame of 1 467 basepairs encoded 486 amino acids. A comparison of amino acid sequence of the NP was made between the F 48 E 8 strain and the D 26 strain, the homology of 94.1% was observed.
