摘 要:目的:测定苦瓜酒中皂苷的含量。方法:以人参皂苷和β-谷甾醇为对照品,香草醛一高氯酸分光度法测定皂苷含量。结果:人参皂苷在0.030-0.240mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD=2.5%(n=6),样品含量在0.1511-0.5630rag;β-谷甾醇在0.015-0.116mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993),平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD=2.6%(n=6),样品含量在0.0656-0.2479mg。结论:β-谷甾醇和人参皂苷均可作为测定苦瓜皂苷含量的对照品,方法准确可靠,可用于苦瓜酒的质量控制。Objective: To determine the content of the momordicoside in Morrnordica charantia L. wine. Methods: Vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetry was applied to determine the contents of the total saponin in Morrnordica charantia L. wine, ginsenoside and β-sitostero] were used as the reference substance. Results: The concentration of ginsenoside had good linearity in the range of 0.030-0.240 mg (r=0.999 1 ). The average recovery rate was 99.6%, RSD=2.5% (n=6), the content of sample was 0.151 1-0.563 0 mg. The concentration of β-sitosterol had good linearity in the range of 0.015-0.116 mg (r=0.999 3). The average recovery was 100.9%, RSD= 2.6% (n=6), the content of sample was 0.065 6-0.247 9 mg. Conclusion: β-sitosterol and ginsenoside are suitable for reference substance to determine the content of saponin in Morrnordica charantia L. wine. The method was accurate which could be used for the quality control of Morrnordica charantia L.Wine.
