超声心动图对肺动脉高压患者心功能的评价

摘　　要：目的应用超声心动图评价肺动脉高压患者左右心功能,探讨肺动脉高压患者的心功能改变的机理。方法对38例肺动脉高压患者(肺动脉高压组)和30例健康者(对照组),应用超声心动图测量其右室Tei指数及左心功能指标。结果 38例肺动脉高压患者,右室Tei指数较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),表明右室收缩、舒张功能均受损,而左室收缩功能较对照组无明显改变(P>0.05),左室舒张功能明显降低(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图对于肺动脉高压患者心功能的评价,对其治疗及预后具有十分重要的意义。Objective To evaluate the left and right ventricular function by echocardiography and to investigate the mechanism for changes in ventricular function in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Methods The right ventricular Tei index and left ventricle function were measured by echocardiography in 38 patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension （hypertension group） and 30 healthy controls （control group）. Results The right ventricular Tei index in hy- pertension group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈 0. 05）. The results showed that systolic and diastolic ventricular functions were damaged by pulmonary arterial hy- pertension. Compared with control group, the left ventricular diastolic function significantly de- creased in hypertension group（P〈0.05）. However,no obvious differences in left ventricular sys- tolic function were found between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The echocardiographic evaluation of ventricular function has an important significance in the treatment and prognosis in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension.
