网络警务语境下公安机关快速反应机制之重构

摘　　要：伴随着网络社会的兴起和警务信息化进程的推进,公安机关社会管理创新的方式已发生巨大的变革,网络警务应运而生。在网络警务语境下,公安机关快速反应机制应对网络社会安全问题日益凸显,应从健全应急联动指挥体系、建立网格巡防警力布局、构建110应急联动网络平台、完善快速反应保障机制等方面予以重构。With the rise of the network society and the promotion of the policing information process, the innovative ways of the social management of public security organs have been undergoing dramatic changes, so that the network policing came into being. In the context of network policing, the issues that the rapid response mechanism of public security organs deal with cyber social security become increasingly prominent, so we should reconstruct from making a sound emergency response command system, establishing the grid of patrol police, building 110 emergency response network platform and improving the rapid response security mechanism.
