摘　　要：高校图书馆是一座文化建筑,是传播知识,进行文化交流的场所,其建筑设计与内外环境应符合建筑设计的要求,也要适应读者的心理需要。就图书馆馆址选择、馆内布局、色彩布置三方面对读者的心理影响展开研究,使高校图书馆在建设过程中为读者创造更加优美、安静的学习阅读环境,满足其心理效应和需要。The university library is a cultural building and place for dissemination of knowledge and cultural exchange, whose architectural design and internal and external environment should be not only consistent with the requirements of architectural design, but also adapt to the psychological needs of the readers. The author made a research on the psychological impact on readers by the choice of the library locations, the hall layout and the color layout, to create a more beautiful and quiet study and reading environment for the readers in the construction process of the university library to meet their psychological effects and needs.
