冷轧钢板TH值与搪瓷鳞爆的相关性

摘　　要：采用电解的方法,将双电解池一端扩散过来的氢原子氧化成氢离子,通过检测氧化电流的变化获得冷轧钢板的TH值。试验发现:TH值与氢在冷轧钢板中的扩散系数无关,与搪瓷发生鳞爆的几率有很好的相关性。TH值越大,发生鳞爆的几率就越小,当TH值大于50时,搪瓷不发生鳞爆。Hydrogen atoms diffused by one side of double electrolytic cell are oxidized into hydrogen ions by means of the electrolysis. TH value of cold rolled steel sheet is obtained by detecting the current changes in hydrogen atoms oxidation. It has been found out that TH value has nothing to do with hydro gen diffusion coefficient in cold rolled steel sheet,while it has a good correlativity with the chances of fishscale. The higher the TH value,the slimmer enamel fish scale appears. When TH value is higher than fifty, enamel fish scale doesn＇t occur.
