摘 要:目的探讨临床护理路径在剖宫产孕产妇家属健康教育中的效果。方法把81例研究对象随机分为观察组41例和对照组40例。观察组家属采用临床护理路径指导下的健康教育模式,对照组家属采用传统的健康教育模式。比较两组家属对相关知识的掌握程度、对护理工作的满意度及住院日。结果观察组家属对相关知识的掌握程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组家属对护理工作的满意度达100.00%,高于对照组90.00%(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的住院日比对照组明显缩短,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在剖宫产孕产妇家属健康教育中实施临床护理路径,取得了良好的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway in health education of cesarean section pregnant women's dependents. Methods 81 pregnant women with cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (40 cases). The observation group was given clinical nursing pathway in health education, while the control group was given traditional education. The mastery of the relevant knowledge, nursing satisfaction and patient days were compared between two groups. Results The mastery of the relevant knowledge of pregnant women's dependents in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Nursing satisfaction from observation group was 100.00%, significantly higher than control group (P 〈0.05). The duration of hospital stays in observation group were remarkably shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway in health education of cesarean section pregnant women's dependents has good effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
