Effect of Nursing Interventions Under the Guidance of High Quality Nursing Service Mode in the Early Diagnosis of Patients with Tuberculosis

摘  要:目的观察优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施对初治肺结核患者的影响。方法选择2011年1月至2013年1月期间,本院收诊的符合初治肺结核的90例患者并随机分成对照组和观察组各45例。对照组患者采用普通护理,观察组患者采用优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施,比较护理前后两组患者对疾病的健康常识知晓情况差异及治疗前后患者的焦虑、抑郁水平差异。结果观察组患者经过护理干预后对相关知识掌握情况有了显著提升,对疾病知识及治疗方法、药物相关知识及饮食注意事项的掌握度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后焦虑水平和抑郁水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在优质护理服务模式指导下对初治肺结核患者进行护理干预,能有效提高患者对疾病认知,降低焦虑、抑郁水平。Objective To observe the effect of nursing interventions under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode in the early diagnosis of patients with tuberculosis. Methods 90 cases of tuberculosis from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 eases in each group. The control group received toutine nursing, while the observation group received the nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode. The patients' situation of two groups were compared. Results The survey result showed that the level of related knowledge in the observation group after nursing intervention had significantly increased, knowledge of disease and treatment, drug related knowledge and dietary considerations for master degree was significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05). The anxiety and depression levels in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode, nursing intervention in patients with early tuberculosis treatment can improve the cognition of disease, and patients are with lower levels of anxiety and depression.
