摘　　要：学术报告具有时效性、持续性、规划性、针对性和可操作性的特点。学术报告可以拓宽研究生的视野,提高研究生的创新意识,树立跨学科交流提高的思想,对研究生的培养有着非常重要的作用。通过持续的学术报告制度可以浓厚学术氛围,将研究生求知欲望与有效的资源供给结合起来,达到培养研究生创新能力的作用。The characteristics of academic report are timeliness, persistence, planning, targeted and operability. For graduate students, academic report can broaden their horizons, improve their innovation awareness, and help them to establish interdisciplinary exchange ideas. Academic report has an important role in the training of graduate students. Combining the desire for knowledge and effective resource, academic reporting system can sustain a strong academic atmosphere, and cultivate the innovative abilities of graduate students.
