摘　　要：为构建一个适用于不同地区、不同层次的农家乐评价指标体系,规范、指导和引领农家乐的可持续发展。根据笔者长期来对农家乐研究的经验积累,并通过查阅相关文献资料、参考各地农家乐标准以及咨询相关专家,首先构建了农家乐评价指标体系的层次框架,然后应用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标内容和权重系数。该评价指标体系分4个层次:第一层次包括游客和经营户2个层面,权重分别占75%和25%,而后3个层次则是第1层次指标内容的进一步层层细化。最后,将构建完成的评价指标体系分别应用于不同地区、不同等级的3个农家乐案例中,并结合此3个农家乐的实际发展情况对所建立的指标体系进行了验证,发现该研究中所建立的评价指标体系效果良好,具有较强的应用价值。With the aim to standardize and guide the sustainable development of rural tourism, an evaluation index system which was suitable for all .the rural tourism in our country was established.Based on the previous studies and rich experience of authors,a hierarchical framework of the evaluation index system was firstly established.Then,indices and their corresponded weight coefficients were fixed using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process methods.The evaluation index system included four levels.The first level was consisted of tourist and operator with 75% and 25% weight coefficient, respectively.Another three levels were subsets of the first level. At last, three typical cases located in different areas were evaluated using our established index system. The results showed that this index system worked well and had a wide range of adaptability.
