摘 要:从印染加工低水排放的角度出发,着重开发了服装面料节能减排涂料、染料染色新技术及工艺,包括生物化学联合温和前处理工艺、纤维素纤维低碱阳离子化改性染色技术、环保型无甲醛低温纳米涂料染色工艺。通过这些新技术和新工艺及其新助剂的大生产应用并结合设备的集成创新,使染色加工过程的百米耗水由原来的2.8 m3降至0.85m3,百米耗电由原来的25.47kW.h降至16.89kW.h,百米耗煤由原来的41.23kg降至33.78kg,达到了印染加工节水节能、低水排放的目的。In order to reduce the emissions of printing and dyeing wastewater, a new technology of fabric pigment printing and dyeing with energy-saving and low emission was developed. The new technology comprised a combination of a biological and chemical pretreatment, a low alkali cationic modification for cellulose fiber, an eco-friendly formaldehyde-free low temperature curing nanometric pigments adhesive dyeing process. Through the production application of these new techniques and integrated innovation of equipment, the dyeing process of 100 meters of water consumption were reduced from 2. 8 m3 to 0. 85 m3 , the power consumption of 100 meters fabrics were reduced from the original 25. 47 kW . h to 16. 89 kW . h, the coal consumption of 100 meters fabrics were reduced from 41.23 kg to 33. 78 kg. It accomplished the goals of water-saving, energy-saving and low water discharge in the process of printing and dyeing.
