摘　　要：通过系统预试法对芝麻苗的化学成分进行预试验,初步探索芝麻苗的化学成分。采用试管反应法,对芝麻苗的石油醚、水和体积分数95%乙醇的提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,对芝麻苗可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果表明,芝麻苗中可能含有氨基酸、糖、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类、酚类、强心苷、生物碱和挥发油等化学成分,为进一步研究芝麻的化感作用和开发利用提供依据。A chemical preliminary test is carried out on seedling of sesame, and the constituents of sesame seedling are got. By reaction in test tube, sesame seedling is extracted with 95% ethanol, petroleum ether and water. The constituents of sesame seedling arc studied by precipitation reaction with indicating agent or chromogenic reaction with chromogenic agent. The results show that there are amino acids, carbohydrates, organic acids, saponins, flavonoid phenols, cardiac glucosides, alkaloids, volatile oils in s sesame seedling. This study provides the basic data for utilization and allelopathy of sesame.
