摘  要:介绍了明弧自保护药芯焊丝同步外添加合金粉堆焊技术,该技术是外添加合金粉与自保护药芯焊丝同步送进、熔化形成堆焊层。选择了合适的规范参数,对堆焊层进行了稀释率、硬度、磨粒磨损性能、金相组织及化学成分的检测。获得了高的粉丝比,单层堆焊层厚度可达6 mm,熔敷金属的碳、铬含量高达6.24%,46.34%,金相组织为一次碳化物+共晶组织,宏观硬度增加,耐磨性提高。The hardfacing technology of self- shielded flux- cored wire with filler alloying powder was introduced,in which the alloying powder and the self- shielded flux- cored wire are synchronous feeding and melt to form the hardfaced layer.The suitable specification parameter were optimized and surfacing layer was analyzed from the dilution rate,hardness,abrasive wear properties,metallographic structure and chemical composition.The results indicate that the high ratio of powder to wire is obtained,the thickness of single surfacing layer can be up to 6mm,the carbon and chromium content in the deposited metal reached up to 6.24%and 46.34%,respectively.The metallographic structure is composed by primary carbide and eutectic structure,macroscopic hardness and abrasive resistance are improved.
