摘　　要：在充分竞争的电力市场中 ,竞价机制将取代依据成本的定价方式。介绍了有关电价的竞价机制及其计算方法。随着电力市场的建立 ,出现了辅助性服务和转运的概念及其定价问题。讨论了辅助性服务定价的特殊性和复杂性。Bidding mechanizm will replace the cost based pricing methed in fully competed power market. The bidding mechanizm of electricity pricing and its computation method are firmly introduced, Following the establishment of power market, the concept of auxilliary service and wheeling with their pricing problems are emerged and the specialities and complexity of auxilliary service's pricing are discussed. Finally, the noteworthy problems in electricity pricing are reviewed and suggestions on electricity price reformation which will be soon faced in our country are recommended.
