摘 要:根据斩波原理对接触器的起动和吸持进行控制,实现节能运行。对混合式接触器的功率器件进行通/断时序控制,实现触头的无弧接通和分断。利用数值方法对交、直流运行下线圈的激磁功率进行计算,以确定直流激磁时温升是否在规定的范围内。试验和计算结果表明,方案可减少接触器直流运行时线圈的功率损耗,实现触头无弧通断功能,提高其寿命和可靠性。The contactor' s starting and sucking is controlled according to chopper principle in order to save energy. The on-off sequence of hybrid contactor' s power components is controlled to implement contact' s arc-free making and breaking. Numerical method is used to calculate coil' s exciting power under AC and DC operation in order to judge whether the temperature rise is within the stipulated range on DC excitation. The test and calculation resuhs show that this scheme can reduce coil ' s power consumption in contactor' s DC operation and implement contact' s arc-free making and breaking to inhance its life and reliability.
