摘  要:选择具有不同甲基三氟丙基含量的氟硅生胶作为发泡密封剂的基体,配合纳米氧化锌、甲基含氢硅油和催化剂,制备了室温硫化的氟硅发泡密封剂。探讨了生胶中甲基三氟丙基含量对密封剂适用期、发泡特性、微观形貌及耐热性能的影响。结果表明,随着甲基三氟丙基含量的增加,密封剂的适用期延长,耐热性下降。当甲基三氟丙基含量0~66%时,其含量对密封剂的密度、发泡系数、泡沫的孔径及分布影响不大,但泡沫开孔率随着甲基三氟丙基含量的增加而不断提高;当甲基三氟丙基含量为100%时,密封3剂的密度达到最大值0.91g/cm3,发泡系数下降至最小值1.6。The room temperature fluorosilicone rubbers with different ( γ- vulcanized fluorosilicone foam sealants were prepared by using the liquid trifluropropyl methyl) siloxy-unit content as the basic material and compounding ZnO nanoparticles,methylhydrosilicone oil and catalyst.The influences of ( γ -trifluropropyl methyl) siloxy-unit content of fluorosilicone rubbers on the pot life,foaming characteristics,micro morphology and heat resistance of the sealant were studied.The results showed that the (γ-trifluropropyl methyl) siloxy-unit content have a significant impact on the properties of fluorosilicone foam sealants.The pot life of sealant went up and the heat resistance went down with the climbing of the ( γ -trifluropropyl methyl) siloxy-unit concentration.While the concentration of ( γ -trifluropropyl methyl) siloxyunit was between 0%- 66%,it had little impact on the density,foaming rate,size and size distribution of foam cells,but it leaded to the raise of cell-opening rate of foam.When the concentration reached 100%,the density of sealant was summited at 0.91g/cm^3 and the foaming rate decreased to a minimum value of 1.6.
