摘　　要：目的寻找家兔动脉血压调节实验中迷走神经适宜的刺激参数(刺激强度及频率)。方法分离家兔颈部迷走神经,刺激其外周端,由小至大调节刺激强度和频率,直至观察到血压变化,记录结果并分析。结果适宜的刺激强度[(0.79±0.68)v]、刺激频率[(16.24±4.49)Hz]刺激迷走神经的外周端会引起血压降低。结论寻找动脉血压调节实验中迷走神经适宜的刺激参数,有助于提高实验效果并缩短实验时间。Objective To find suitable stimulation parameters of vagus nerve in rabbit arterial blood pressure regulation test （the stimulation intensity and frequency）. Methods Analyzing cervical vagus nerve in rabbits, stimulating the peripheral end, regulating stimulation intensity and frequency from small to large adjustment until the observed changes in blood pressure were recorded and analyzed. Results Suitable stimulation intensity （0.79 ±0.68 v） , stimulation frequency （ 16.24 ± 4.49 Hz） and the pe- ripheral end made blood pressure low. Conclusion Finding suitable stimulation parameters of vagus nerve in arterial blood pressure regulation test can improve the effect of experiment and shorten the time of experiment.
