摘　　要：我国矿业权从发展史看,经历了零散、体系化、科学化、可持续发展四个阶段,从法律形式来看,经历了不成文法到成文法的转变,从矿业权管理机构来看,由中央和地方两级机构的管理体系,形成了自上而下的三级机构管理体系。From the development history of domestic mining rights, it can be seen that the domestic mining rights experienced four stages such as fragmented, systematic, scientific and sustainable development stages. From the legal point of view, the mining rights i experienced unwritten changes from law to statutory law. From the view of mining rights management agencies, the formation of a rational management system of the three level institutions is based on the management system in the central and local levels.
