摘 要:介绍同向捻金属芯钢丝绳的特点,运用应力平衡原理,从卷线、捻股、合绳及绳芯质量控制等方面用特殊方式实施应力控制措施,并以调整股的应力为控制钢丝绳捻制质量的关键。当股偏转方向调整为正方向一圈以内,钢丝绳生产后应力检查为钢丝绳偏转一圈以内,可有效地解决同向捻金属芯钢丝绳散股问题,并提高其捻制实物质量。按照相应工艺对6×19S-IWRC—28,1 770 MPa级、B类镀锌、ZZ捻向钢丝绳进行研制生产,成品钢丝绳拆股检查变形率85%~95%,钢丝绳偏转负180°,直径实测为28.72 mm,钢丝绳不松散、不起壳、不裂缝,股和股丝紧密,钢丝绳切头后不旋转。To introduce the characteristics of lang lay wire rope with metal core. Apply stress equilibrium principle and special mode to control stress from such aspects as coiling, stranding, closing and rope core quality control, taking adjusting strands stress as key to control wire rope lay quality. The strands loose problem of lang lay metal core wire rope can be solved effectively by adjusting strand deflection positive direction in one ring, and rope deflection in one ring in wire rope stress examining, the practical lay quality improved. According to the process to develop and produce 6 × 19S -IWRC--28 ZZ-lang lay metal core wire rope with 1 770 MPa grade and B class galvanizing, deforming rate is 85% ~ 95% in finished wire rope split testing, wire rope deflection is at negative 180 degree, measured diameter is 28.72 mm, the rope is no loose, no flake, no crackle, strands and their wires are compact, wire rope was not rotation after cutting end.
