摘　　要：对邹县发电厂１０００ｔ／ｈ锅炉水冷壁及刚性梁低周振动进行了现场调查研究，从设计安装、设备系统和运行操作３方面详细分析引起水冷壁及刚性梁低周振动的原因。经采取针对性的改进措施，取得了较好效果。The low cycle vibration problems of water wall and rigid beams existing on 1000 t/h boilers of Shandong Zouxian Power Plant were investigated and studied. This paper describes in detail the impacts of design, erection, operation and system of boiler and analyzes the causes leading to low cycle vibration of water wall and rigid beams. Through improvement, the existing problems have been satisfactorily solved.
