摘　　要：针对华北电网独立电厂逐渐占据主导地位的实际情况，对独立电厂的调度管理包括其并网条件及协议、“三公”调度的含义及其实施、日常运行管理原则以及存在的问题展开分析讨论，并提出一些解决问题的初步设想。With independent power plants being gradually dominated in the North China Power Network, the power dispatching management, including the conditions and agreement for access to the network, the principle of daily operational management and associated problems are now under animated discussion. The paper presents some ideas for solving related problems.
