摘　　要：电镀作为一种加工工艺技术,在机械、轻工及电子等诸多工业领域都有广泛的应用。电镀除赋予产品装饰和防护功能外,各种功能镀层在电子工业中的作用显得特别重要。主要是在电感、电容、电阻元件、半导体元件、印制线路板及集成电路等方面。As a processing technology,electroplating is widely used in machinery,light industry,electronic and other industrial fields.Electroplating process could gift not only decorative and protective coatings but also various functional coatings which play very import role in electronic industry.The main use of functional coatings in electronic industry are for LCR（lnductance-capacitor-resistance） components,semiconductor components,printed circuit boards,integrated circuits（IC） and other aspects.
