摘 要:从台湾、贵州、云南、江西、江苏、湖北、重庆和福建省引进小油桐样品7份,苗木4份,对种子进行形态观察、纵横径测量、百粒重和含油率测试,结果发现:各地收集的种子形态相近,但在种子大小,百粒重,含油率方面各不相同,以云南勐纳种子最大,含油率最高,达59.2%。经ISSR分子标记的聚类分析发现:11个小油桐品种的遗传距离和地理位置没有必然联系;用5条ISSR引物可以鉴别出至少6种小油桐的种质资源,但分别从江西九江、贵州望谟和湖北咸丰引进的3个商品种(种子)却难以辨别,而分别从福建漳州和云南购买的商品种苗木之间也难以区别。这说明我国不同地域种植的商品种可能出自相近的种源。Seven samples of seeds and 4 samples of seedlings of Jatropha curcas L were collected from different provinces of China including Taiwan, Guizlaou, Yunnan, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Hubei and Fujian. The appearances of seeds were observed and the diameter of seed, mass of 100 seeds, oil content in the seeds were measured; the seeds from Yurman Mengrnan were the biggest in size, theirs oil yield reached the hightest, being 59.2%. The results of cluster analysis by ISSR molecular marker indicate that there was not necessarily linkage between genetic distance and geographical position of the 11 J. curcas seeds and seedlings; At least 6 samples ofJ. curcas could be differentiated with 5 primers of ISSR, however, the 3 samples of commercial seeds collected from Jiujiang Jiangxi, Wanmo Guiz_hou and Xiangfen Hubei could not been identified; Besides the two cornmereial seedlings purchased from Zhangzhou of Fujian, Yunnan could also not been identified. It is shown that the commercial cultivars of J. curcas in different regions of China probably originated from the similar provenance.
