摘 要:纤维板生产是高能耗的复杂生产系统,对环境会产生多方面的影响。依据纤维板生产工艺,分析确定将纤维板生产过程中的纤维制备、板坯成型和后处理3个主要生产阶段作为研究范围;针对生产过程中的环境负荷因子分析结果,统计和分析出了整个纤维板生产过程的生产环境影响数据清单,对不同生产阶段的环境影响进行了分析和评价;结合数据清单分析结果和生产实际,提出了纤维板生产环境影响生命周期分析的方法学模型,用于改进纤维板生产环境评价体系、工艺改进及设备改造。Fiberboard production is a complex manufacturing system with high energy consumption, and brings various impacts on surrounding environment. The three production stages such as fiber preparation, mat forming and post-processing were mainly studied. Based on the results of environmental load factor analysis in the production process, the production environment influencing data inventory was obtained through statistics and analysis, and the environment influences in different production stages were analyzed and evaluated. Combined the results of environment influencing data inventory with actual production, the methodological model of fiberboard production environment influencing life cycle analysis was put forward to improve the evaluation system of fiberboard production environment, to guide the enterprise investment, technology improvement and equipment modification.
