滁菊降血压改善临床症状的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滁菊和降压药物合用对高血压I级和II级的血压改变和临床症状改善。方法:选择76例病人随即分为两组,治疗组为滁菊和降压药物合用,对照组单独使用降压药物。结果:治疗组和对照组显效率有显著差异(P<0.05),而总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对临床症状有显著改善。结论:滁菊有显著降血压作用,但必须与其他降压药物合用,对高血压合并症状有明显改善作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Chuju combined with hypotensive medicine on the improvement of blood pressure and clinical symptoms of hypertension grade Iand grade II. Methods： 76 patients were randomly divided into two group. The control group was given hypotensive medicine only, while the treated group was given Chuju as well. Results： Significant differences were detected between the significant effective rates in both groups （P〈0.05）, however there were no significant differences between the total effective rates of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Chuju, combined with other hypotensive medicine, was significantly effective on hypertension and its complications.
