摘　　要：目的:观察维生素B1合新斯的明穴位注射治疗术后肠胀气的临床疗效。方法:治疗20例,采用维生素B1合新斯的明穴位注射治疗。结果:痊愈16例,有效4例,100%有效。结论:术后气血亏虚,脾胃受损,加之精神因素致使肝气犯胃,肝胃气滞使脾胃升降失司;术后尿潴留多为气血亏虚、膀胱气化失司所致。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection therapy with vitamin B1 and neostigmine on treating postoperative intestinal tympanites. Methods： 20 patients were given acupoint injection therapy with vitamin B 1 and neostigmine. Results： 16 eases were cured, 4 cases were improved, with the total effective rate 100%. Conclusions： Acupoint injection therapy with vitamin B l and neostigmine was significantly effective on treating postoperative intestinal tympanites.
