超微针刀加圆利针治疗中枢性偏瘫68例疗效观察

摘　　要：本文采用超微针刀加圆利针治疗中枢性偏瘫68例,同时设单纯超微针刀组20例及单纯圆利针组30例进行对照观察。结果:治疗组愈显率94.1%,明显优于单纯超微针刀组和单纯圆利针组(P<0.005)。结论:超微针刀加圆利针治疗中枢性偏瘫较单纯超微针刀及圆利针疗效好。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of ultramicro needle-knife and spherical sharp needle on central hemiplegia. Methods： 68 patients were given ultramicro needle-knife and spherical sharp needle, while 20 other patients and 30 other patients were given simple ultramicro needle-knife and simple spherical sharp needle, respectively. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 91.7%, significantly better that in the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ultramicro needle-knife and spherical sharp needle had more significant effect on central hemiplegia than mere ultramicro needle-knife or mere spherical sharp needle.
