中医药治疗老年习惯性便秘疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药治疗老年习惯性便秘之临床疗效。方法:将我院收治之老年习惯性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各58例,治疗组给予中医药组方治疗,对照组给予果导片、麻仁丸治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为53.45%,总有效率为93.1%,对照组临床治愈率为31.03%,总有效率为60.34%。结论:中医药从病症根本出发,可有效治疗和治愈老年习惯性便秘。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM in treating senile habitual constipation. Methods： 116 patients collected in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 58 patients in each group. The control group was given TCM prescription treatment, while the treated group was given phenolphthalein tablets and Maren pills. Results： The cure rate and the total effective rate in treating group were 53.45% and 93.1% respectively, while those in the control group were 31.03% and 60.34% respectively. Conclusion： TCM based on the disease and symptoms can effectively treat and cure senile habitual constipation.
