改良型肢体康复熏洗器的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价本人自主研发的经改良后的专业伤科肢体康复熏洗器的临床应用效果。方法:68例外伤性肘关节僵硬患者,随机分为两组,观察组的36例患者使用改良型肢体康复熏洗器进行熏洗疗法,对照组的32例患者使用传统熏洗架进行熏洗疗法,对照分析疗效。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=8.1100,P=0.0194<0.05)。结论:改良型肢体康复熏洗器应用于临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the self-developed improved fuming-washing appliance for limb rehabilitation. Methods： 64 patients with traumatic elbow rigidity were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in the treated group and 32 cases in the control group. The treated group was treated with the improved fuming-washing appliance for limb rehabilitation, while the control group was treated with the traditional fuming-washing frame. The curative effects were compare and analysed. Results： The clinical effect in the treated group was significantly better than that in the control group （x2=8.1100, P=0.0194〈0.05）. Conclusion： The self-developed improved fuming-washing appliance for limb rehabilitation has curative effect, worthy of a wide clinical application.
