摘 要:糖代谢是物质代谢的基础,运动中骨骼肌糖代谢水平直接影响机体运动能力.近年来研究发现,腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)作为能量代谢变化的感受器能够被运动中ATP/AMP的比值变化所激活,对骨骼肌糖代谢有着直接调节作用,具体表现为可以增加骨骼肌中葡萄糖的转运,直接参与糖酵解调节,抑制糖原合成和糖异生,对运动能力具有重要影响.通过文献检索法AMPK在糖代谢过程中的调节作用及机制进行综述.Glycometabolism is the basis of substance metabolism, which can influence the ability of human movement directly during exercise the level of the goycometabolism in skeletal muscle. As an intracellular fuel sensor, AMP -activated protein kinase (AMPK) can be activated by the acute increases of the cellular [AMP] : [ATP] ratio during exercise, which results in regulation of the glycometabolism in skeletal muscle directly. Such as, activation of AMPK activates glucose uptake in working muscle, regulates glycolysis directly, lowers the rate of glycogenesis and glyconeogenesis. In this review, the role and the mechanism of AMPK in regulating of the glycometabolism process is summarized by retrieving the literature.
