采用种子直播技术快速繁殖石斛

摘　　要：目的:建立石斛种子自然繁殖技术体系,为石斛的繁殖提供一种新的途径。方法:以铁皮石斛种子为材料,研究不同萌发培养液、不同萌发时间和不同播种介质对石斛种子萌发率和成苗率的影响。结果:N6+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA是石斛最佳的萌发营养液,在该营养液萌发30d后播种到营养土:蛭石:珍珠岩=3:1:1的介质中,其成苗率最高,可达85%以上。结论:建立了石斛种子直播体系,该体系能高效快速繁殖石斛。Objective： To establish natural propagation technology system of Dendrobium seed,which will provide a new way for the propagation of Dendrobium.Method： With the seed of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.,the effect of germination rate and seedling rate of Dendrobium seed in different germination nutrient fluid,germination time and sowing medium were studied.Result： N6 ＋2.0 mg / L 6-BA ＋0.1 mg / L NAA was the best nutrient solution for the Dendrobium seed to germinate.Sowing the seed which was germinated in best nutrient solution nutrition after 30d to the medium of soil： vermiculite： perlite = 3：1：1,whose seedling rate was up to 85% or more.Conclusion： To establish the seed directly sowed technology system of Dendrobium seed,which will efficiently and rapidly propagate the Dendrobium.
