萆苓方对糖尿病痛风模型大鼠PAI-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察萆苓方对糖尿病痛风大鼠血糖血尿酸和PAI-1的影响。方法:取大鼠60只,随机分6组,除正常组外,注射STZ溶液,造糖尿病模型,造模成功后连续灌胃9d。第4d除正常组外,向关节腔注射尿酸纳溶液,诱导痛风模型。模型成功后继续灌胃5d。末次给药后2h处死大鼠,分离血清测定血尿酸、血糖值以及血脂和PAI-1。结果:糖尿病痛风模型组大鼠血糖、血尿酸、PAI-1明显升高,用药后都显著下降。糖尿病痛风模型组大鼠足肿胀明显,用药后肿胀程度显著减低,结论:萆苓方有降低糖尿病痛风大鼠血糖血尿酸和PAI-1的作用和减轻炎症渗出。Object ：to observe the effect of biling fang on Diabetes gout rat models PAI-1 and Blood glucose、 blood uric acid..Method： use 60 rats,Divided into 6 groups,the normal group、mode group、the big、small biling fang group、Indomethacin group、Metformin group.Manufactured with streptozotocin model of diabetes,two percent of its preparation of the solution,the model group and drug groups were respectively 1ml/100g,a single intraperitoneal injection,after 72h,testing Tail vein Blood glucose of fasting rat.To medicine the success of the rat made mode according to the group,continuous intragastric 9 days.Grouped with the former model gout,four days before the model,the model group Intragastric an equal volume of saline daily,other animals grouped and dosed according to the above group.On the forth day,in addition to the normal group,.To intra-articular ankle joint lateral rear injection of 0.2 ml sodium solution,nduced gout models.After the success of the model,to continue to irrigate stomach 5 days,after the last administration 2h,rats were killed,Determine serum uric acid,glucose,PAI-1.Results： The results in Table 1 suggest that biling fang can lower blood glucose,Compared with model group,they were significantly different.Table 2 results suggest that after the modeling vascular,PAI-1 values in creased after treatment by the billing fang,PAI-1 index decreased,indicating that the biling fang has good protection on endothelial cells in rats model.The report also shows that after experiment,by gavage biling fang,each group of PAI-1 levels were significantly increased.Conclusion： Biling Fang has impact on hypoglycemic,reducing uric acid,and it also play the role to protec vascular endothelial cells and increase the levelof PAI-1 of a rat model.
