摘　　要：干燥综合征(Sj gren's syndrome,SS)是一种以相关的外分泌腺淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润为特点,临床表现为口、眼干涩等症状的慢性自身免疫性疾病。确切病因和发病机制尚不明确,但其男女的患病比例为1:9的流行病学特点提示其可能与性激素有关。近年来中医对SS的研究取得了一定的成绩,由于SS的病因病机复杂,各医家、学者对其认识不尽相同,治疗方法上也各异。Sjogren＇s syndrome is a kind of chronic autoimmune disease characterized by infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells in the exocrine glands and clinical manifestations such as dry mouth,dry eyes and other symptoms.Its exact etiology and pathogenesis are still not clear,but the epidemiological feature that the prevalence ratio of men and women is 1：9 suggests that it may be related to sex hormones.In recent years,SS researches of TCM have got certain achievements.Due to the complexity of the etiology and pathogenesis of SS,various physicians and scholars have different understandings and also have different treatments towards it.
