摘　　要：介绍和分析了黑龙江省海林林业局低价林的情况及特点,并从5个方面阐述了治理和改造措施。In this paper we discussed the restoration and development of the low - value forest in Hailin Forestry Bureau, achieved the purpose of making good use of forest resources and managing forest resources and provided a reference for the sustainable development of forests.
