绥化市林区转型中的主导产业选择研究

摘　　要：随着大小兴安岭林区生态保护与经济转型规划的实施,黑龙江省绥化林区面临着重新选择主导产业的问题。本文采用主成分分析法,通过建立指标体系,对绥化的12个备选产业进行了分析,从而得出各个产业的综合得分和排序。最后指出,结合绥化市的资源条件与发展战略,应充分发挥棱海庆三地自然资源禀赋好、生态环境优、劳动力资源足的优势,积极发展绿色食品种植、林下产品养殖和能充分吸纳林区下岗职工就业的产业项目,构筑以生态为主导,以项目为支撑,以改善林区民生为重点的新时期林业产业体系。With the implementation of the size of the Mountains forest ecological protection and economic transformation plan, Suihua forest area is facing re - select the leading industry. In this paper, principal components analysis method is used, through the establishment of indicator system, 12 alternative industries in Suihua were analyzed, as the comprehensive score and the ordering of each industrial were obtained. Finally, combining the resources conditions and development strategy of Suihua, the forest ecology tourism, deep processing of timber, silviculture industry and the diversified operation that mainly including ecological animal husbandry, green food and the undergrowth products farming are determined leading industries.
