摘 要:基于地区电网调度自动化系统从 SCADA向 SCADA/EMS/DTS/DMS发展的新形势 ,根据国内各供货商的技术特长 ,通过集成建设手段可有效解决新的目标要求 ,使得在地区电网建设满足综合性应用功能的调度自动化系统成为可能。针对地区电网的 PAS应用选择、图形一体化、跨操作系统平台、大屏幕接入和变电集控中心配套等重大技术问题 。The development of dispatch alltomation system in regional electric p ower network from SCADA to SCADA/EMS/ liTS/DMS has become the new trend in recent years. According to the technical ad vantages of each domestic supplier. it's impossible now to build the dispatch automation system satisfying the synthetica l application functions with the integrated suppliers method. Aiming at some key technical problems. such as the selection o f the power application software (PAS). graph integration. multi--operation system platform, the control and the drive o f the multi--screen display wall, the integrated suppliers solution is introduced in the paper. Lastly the system performance app raisal of the integrated suppliers is discussed.
