摘 要:通过论述A、B、C公司柴油加氢精制装置的设计情况,从工艺原理、反应条件、产品规格、工艺流程选择、能耗和投资等方面,介绍了连续液相加氢和RTS超深度脱硫两种减少碳排放的清洁柴油生产技术。连续液相加氢技术采用上流式反应器,反应产物液相循环降低反应器的温升,取消了循环氢系统,生产硫含量小于50×10-6的超低硫柴油,与常规的滴流床加氢技术相比,降低了装置投资、能耗和操作成本。RTS超深度脱硫集成技术是在常规加氢精制反应器出口换热器的后面增加一个高空速的小反应器,柴油的超深度加氢脱硫通过两个反应器完成,同时采用高效换热技术,停开反应进料加热炉,不仅生产硫含量小于10×10-6的超低硫柴油,还节约了大量的燃料。Through discussion of designs for three diesel hydrotreating units, the article introduces continuous liquid phase hydrogenation and RTS ultra-deep desulfurization in several aspects including technical theories, reaction conditions, production standards and technique flow choices, energy consuming and investments. Both the two diesel producing technologies are environment-friendly and can reduce carbon emission. The continuous liquid phase hydro- genation technology adopts upflow reactor. The liquid phase recycle of reaction product reduces the temperature rise of the reactor, and the recycle hydrogen system is cancelled. The technology can produce super low sulfur diesel of less than 50μg/g sulfur, and also cut investment, energy consuming and operation cost compared to general drip bed hy- drogenation. RTS ultra-deep desulfurization integrated technology is to add a small reactor with high airspeed after the general hydrofining reactor outlet heat exchanger. The ultra-deep hydrodesulphurization of diesel is realized through two reactors. At the mean time, high efficiency heat exchanging technology is applied without using reaction feed heat- ing furnace. Thus not only super low sulfur diesel of lower than 10μg/g sulfur is produced, but also vast amounts of fuel are saved.
