摘　　要：以IT技术作为支撑,将计算机模拟技术与DCS数据采集系统相结合,建立广州石化蒸汽管网智能监测系统GSH-PROSS,及时地把测量数据转为管网信息,实时反映蒸汽系统运行工况;同时运用PROSS离线软件,模拟、优化蒸汽管网运行方式,提高蒸汽管网管理水平,保证安全生产,达到节能降耗的目的。Based on IT technology, combined with computer simulating and DCS data acquisition system, SINOPEC Guangzhou Company has set up GSH-PROSS steam pipe network intelligent monitoring system. Data from measurement can be transferred to pipe network information, which reflects the real-time working condition of the steam system. In the meantime, depending on the PROSS offline software, the simulation and optimization of steam pipe network can be realized. As a result, pipe network management, production safety and energy reduction have been improved.
