摘　　要：氢气资源系统优化是现代炼化企业降低生产成本、提高竞争力的重要措施。介绍了镇海炼化近年来通过增加重整和乙烯裂解等副产氢气能力、实施化肥装置向炼油装置供氢、建设炼厂含氢气体回收等项目实施低成本氢气策略,并按照氢气压力和纯度高低进行分级综合利用,优化供氢网络,强化用氢管理,极大降低了炼厂用氢总成本。Optimization of hydrogen resources is an important measure for a modem petrochemical enterprise to cut cost and enhance competitiveness. Based on increasing hydrogen production from CCR and ethylene by-products, supplying hydrogen to the refinery from the fertilizer, recovering refinery gas containing hydrogen, grading utilization according to hydrogen pressure and purity, optimizing hydrogen network and strengthening hydrogen management, Zhenhai Refining ＆ Chemical Company has greatly reduced the total cost of refinery hydrogen.
