摘  要:针对许多企业生产过程中存在大量的乏汽对空排放、热能浪费严重的现状,详细阐述了乏汽回收技术原理,并针对某石化企业制氢装置中除氧器以及三废设施乏汽等低温热回收工程实例进行效益分析,年节约标煤1 764t、电11.3×10~4kW·h、年回收水5.8×10~4t,总经济效益213万元。According to emission of large amounts of exhausted steam to the air and serious waste of thermal energy during the productive process of many enterprises, this article introduces the exhausted steam recovery technology and explains the working principle of the technology in detail. At last it takes an example of a petrochemical enterprise recovering exhausted steam in hydrogen plant to analyze the benefit. This enterprise saved 1 764 tce/a, electricity 113 000 kW/a, and recycled water 58 000 t/a, and benefited more RMB 2.13 million yuan/a, which indicated the importance of the exhausted steam recovery technology in saving energy and reducing consumption as well as improving the economic efficiency.
