摘  要:以 #1真空机油为实验工质 ,对水平光滑管内层流流动换热进行直流高压电场强化 (EHD效应 )实验研究。实验结果表明 ,外加直流高压电场能对管内层流强制对流换热起着很好的强化作用 ,其换热系数强化率主要与外加电场强度及热通量等因素有关。在相同传热面积、泵功的条件下 ,当外加电压为 3.3k V时最大换热强化率可达Experiments were performed for the laminar flow forced convection heat transfer of oil through horizontal uniform heated tube under DC high voltage electric field. The experimental results show that, for the low voltage applied (U<1 0 kV), the heat transfer enhancement factor was low and was almost not influenced by the heat flux. With the increase of voltage applied, the heat transfer enhancement factor increased rapidly. But, for a high voltage applied, with the increase of heat flux the heat transfer enhancement factor decreased. In experiments, the maximum heat transfer enhancement factor was more than 3 times under 3 3 kV voltage.
