民办高等教育如何走出囧途——特色、创新与质量问题思考

摘　　要：以特色求生存和发展是未来社会竞争的必由之路，民办高等教育也不例外。在需求日益多样化的社会，民办高等教育突出特色是教育发展的必然要求。而其特色的形成要靠不断的创新，只有创新才能解决民办高等教育中遇到的各种复杂问题。特色与创新，如果没有必需的质量水平作为支撑，它们所应包含的内涵品质就会蜕变失色。在三者之间寻求一体化的平衡，并统一于民办高等教育的办学实践中。民办高等教育才能真正走上特色鲜明与可持续发展的健康轨道。Striving for survival and development on the basis of characteristics is the only way for the social competition in the future, there is no exception for the civilian-run higher education. In the society which is full of gradual diversified requirements, manifesting characteristics is quite necessary for the civilian-run higher education. Only to innovate can solve all kinds of complicated problems met in the civilian-run higher education. Characteristics and innovations, if there were no such quality level to support, the connotation it has would fade and change. Only to seek for an integrated balance among these three and put all these into the practice of the civilian-run higher education, can it lead to a distinctive and sustainable healthily developing way.
